  • Schedule and conduct property inspections for potential buyers, providing detailed information and guidance throughout the process.
  • Lead negotiations on behalf of clients, ensuring optimal outcomes for both buyers and sellers while adhering to legal and ethical standards.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate the ability to list and sell a minimum of 2 properties per month.
  • Possess a deep understanding of the local real estate market, including property values, trends, and amenities.
  • Display a proactive approach to your work, with the drive and initiative to pursue leads and close deals independently.
  • Hold a current Certificate of Registration or License.
