- Assess the value of properties and secure listings for sale, utilizing your market knowledge and negotiation skills to secure favorable terms.
- Work closely with the Team Administrator to develop and execute advertising and marketing strategies to promote listed properties effectively.
- Schedule and conduct property inspections for potential buyers, providing detailed information and guidance throughout the process.
- Lead negotiations on behalf of clients, ensuring optimal outcomes for both buyers and sellers while adhering to legal and ethical standards.
- Demonstrate the ability to list and sell a minimum of 2 properties per month.
- Possess a deep understanding of the local real estate market, including property values, trends, and amenities.
- Display a proactive approach to your work, with the drive and initiative to pursue leads and close deals independently.
- Hold a current Certificate of Registration or License.
- Access to a large rentroll where sales inquiries are provided, offering a steady stream of potential leads.
- Receive "ramp-up" and marketing packages to support your initial efforts and enhance your visibility in the market.
- Opportunities for career advancement, with potential pathways to roles such as Sales Manager or Regional Manager.
- Enjoy a 100% commission for the first 3 months (negotiable for up to 6 months), providing financial stability as you establish your client base.
- Operate within a framework that does not burden you with franchise or marketing fees, allowing you to maximize your earnings potential.
