Job Summary
This role is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Food and Beverage expert to join our team at Marriott Hotels in Brisbane. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding guest experiences in our food and beverage outlets.
About the Role
In this role, you will be expected to provide exceptional customer service, working closely with colleagues to deliver seamless dining experiences.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Host guests in all food and beverage outlets, including Motion Dining, In Room Dining, and the Executive Lounge.
- Provide extensive knowledge on menus offered along with promotions.
- Utilize upselling skills to promote menu items.
- Anticipate guest needs and handle inquiries in a helpful and attentive manner.
- Develop close working relationships with hotel departments.
- Handle guest queries throughout their stay.
- Assist Front Office and kitchen as required.
- Perform other section duties and responsibilities, including Banquets and In-Room Dining.

Location
Brisbane Marriott Hotel, located in the heart of the CBD, offers easy access to public transport hubs and a short walk from the Queen Street Mall.
This role offers an estimated salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
