Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and passionate Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the F&B departments, including Outlets and C&E. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a high-performing team that meets or exceeds targets in relation to People, Profit, Customer, and Quality.
  • Ensuring team members work to achieve consistent service standards and are provided with opportunities to achieve their career goals.
  • Collaborating with other stakeholders to ensure departmental revenues flow through to profit in line with company objectives.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven leadership experience at a senior level and the ability to deliver tangible results.
  • A friendly, positive, and energetic disposition with a passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service and hospitality.
  • The right to work in Australia.
