Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Support Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our unit, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support services to our patients and staff.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative assistance to our nursing team, ensuring seamless operation of our unit's daily activities. This includes handling patient administration-related functions, controlling pharmaceutical stock, and delivering an exceptional reception service.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative support to the nursing team.
  • Pharmaceutical stock management.
  • Reception services.

Requirements:

  • Certification in computer literacy or equivalent experience.
  • Administrative experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Recordkeeping and office management.
  • Complaints and compliment management.
