Service Quality Specialist

This role will support our Quality Assurance Team, based in Melbourne.

  • Conduct Dealership Service Evaluation (DSE) activities across Australia and New Zealand to assess service quality and performance; analyze results and work closely with channel sales teams to identify service gaps; drive continuous improvement and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Report critical issues identified through market service surveys and ensure timely follow-up on corrective actions and resolution.
  • Collect, compile, and analyze Net Promoter Score (NPS) data on a regular basis to monitor customer satisfaction.
  • Engage in cross-functional collaboration to ensure the effective and timely implementation of improvement measures.
  • Maintain comprehensive records and prepare detailed reports using Excel and other data analysis tools.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or higher in business and related fields, minimum 2 years' experience in sales, preferably within the automotive industry, proficiency in data analysis tools, particularly Microsoft Excel, strong written and verbal communication skills, willingness and ability to travel frequently within Australia, demonstrated problem-solving abilities with a high level of attention to detail, and proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in business and related field.

  • Proficient in data analysis tools, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
