Technical Services Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Technical Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of Service Specialists in providing exceptional technical services and support.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Service Specialists in delivering top-notch technical services and support, ensuring seamless equipment installations, and efficient spare parts warehousing and supply chain management.
  • Maintain strong relationships with third-party technical service suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure service level agreements are met.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to drive business growth through strategic equipment selection and portfolio optimization.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 7 years' experience in a similar position, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Demonstrated expertise in working with coffee equipment, with a passion for innovation and improvement.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, particularly sales teams, to drive business results.
