Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive the management of our coffee machines and equipment, ensuring we maintain service agreements with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team for machine installations, technical services support, training, spare parts warehousing, and equipment supply and demand planning
  • Monitor financial performance and implement cost-effective solutions while maintaining service excellence
  • Manage third-party supplier relationships, including contract management, ensuring service level agreements are being met
  • Collaborate with sales teams on equipment strategy and portfolio selection
  • Manage equipment and spare parts inventory
Requirements:
  • At least 7 years' experience in a similar position, with a focus on providing high-level customer service
  • Experience working with coffee equipment will be highly regarded
  • Experience working closely with sales teams will be highly regarded
  • Analytical skills with ability to build and deliver strategy
  • Experience managing budgets and implementing cost-effective solutions
