Job Description:

We are seeking a Coffee Equipment Operations Manager to drive the effective management of our coffee machines and equipment. This role will ensure we uphold service agreements with customers, manage equipment and spare parts inventory, and monitor financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Service Specialists for machine installations, technical services support, training, spare parts warehousing, and equipment supply and demand planning
  • Monitor financial performance and implement cost-effective solutions while maintaining service excellence
  • Collaborate with sales teams on equipment strategy and portfolio selection

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years' experience in a similar position, with a focus on providing high-quality customer service
  • Experience working with coffee equipment is highly regarded
  • Experience working closely with sales teams is highly regarded
