Transform Education through Innovative Marketing

  • Develop strategic marketing plans to drive growth and increase engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to ensure innovative campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution:

- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Design and create cross-platform digital marketing collateral including social media ads, organic social content, digital flyers, and booklets.

Marketing Automation & Campaign Management:

- Manage marketing automation tasks including building and scheduling social media posts and other campaign materials.
- Organize backend logistics for webinar or event setup, creating all necessary campaign materials, communicating with involved parties (speakers, backend support, etc.), hosting the webinars or events you manage, and completing post-webinar performance reports and close-out tasks in a timely manner.

Collaboration & Reporting:

- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to provide necessary assets and adapt global assets for local marketing opportunities at all levels of the sales funnel.
- Monitor lead generation and conversion across all marketing initiatives to ensure campaign optimization and market growth.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, and/or equivalent job experience in marketing with a preference for experience in the education space.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Proficiency in English and Mandarin (both verbal and written)
- Experience in industry-standard design and video editing software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, or iMovie.
- Knowledge of project management, marketing automation platforms, and social media marketing tools is a plus.
