Atomi's platform combines cutting-edge technology with a human-first approach, transforming complex ideas into simple, engaging experiences for students, educators, and parents worldwide.

This role is part of a broader mission to transform education. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be the go-to person for schools using our platform, helping them roll it out, embed it into teaching and learning practices, and get real results for both students and teachers. You'll coach school leaders and teachers, lead workshops and training, track usage data to drive adoption, and feed insights back into our teams.

You'll help shape our customer success strategy and contribute to the education community through events, case studies, and content. This is a hands-on role based in NSW (Greater Sydney Metro area preferred), requiring regular travel to schools, so you'll need your own transport and a valid driver's licence.

The ideal candidate has experience working in or with the education sector and/or SaaS organisations. You'll work closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing to improve the customer experience and share impact stories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead school-wide onboarding and change management, helping teachers and execs confidently roll out and embed our platform
  • Deliver engaging training and support — from in-person workshops to webinars tailored to school needs
  • Build trusted relationships with school leaders, becoming their go-to for strategy, support, and best practice
  • Use data and insights to drive adoption, solve problems early, and ensure long-term success
