Your key responsibilities will include:

* Providing administrative and support services, including records management, routine correspondence, financial records, meeting minutes, and task coordination.
* Collecting and compiling information, preparing documentation, and correspondence to support information flow and decision-making.
* Coordinating and managing records and databases, ensuring accuracy and security.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Experience working in a high-pressure team environment, delivering services to vulnerable clients with strong communication and relationship skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Competency with relevant technology and software applications.
* Ability to interpret policies, standards, and procedures with high integrity and confidentiality.
