About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Assistant at Dusk. As a Customer Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the success of our stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Visual Merchandising: Work with our visual merchandising team to create visually appealing store displays and maintain a high level of store presentation.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, including candles and homeware, to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, maintain a positive store environment, and support each other in achieving individual and team goals.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing training and development to improve product knowledge, customer service skills, and visual merchandising techniques.
