About the Role:
Regional Express Holdings Limited is seeking suitably qualified and motivated individuals to provide exceptional customer service as Contact Centre Consultants in Orange, NSW.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle all incoming calls professionally and efficiently
  • Provide inbound reservation sales and support travel agents
  • Answer general customer enquiries and assist with administration duties
  • Support Internet Customers and assist with Queensland Support

Essential Selection Criteria:
  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably within a call centre environment
  • Excellent communication skills and professional phone manner
  • Good computer skills and a positive, enthusiastic attitude
  • Ability to work shift and a rotating roster to accommodate the call centre operating hours
