Job DescriptionIn this role as Group Sales Executive, you will join a friendly and passionate team that focuses on building strong relationships with clients and delivering exceptional customer service during the booking process for group accommodations and managing all aspects of group business from initial confirmation to guest check-in.
Key Responsibilities- BUILDING EFFECTIVE BUSINESS RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY CLIENTS AND TRAVEL AGENTS THROUGH FRIENDLY CUSTOMER SERVICE
- Respond promptly to new business inquiries via multiple channels and provide professional responses
- Produce and distribute client quotations and contracts as required, and conduct regular follow-ups with the client
- ESTABLISH STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH INTERNAL DEPARTMENTS SUCH AS SALES, REVENUE, AND RESERVATIONS
- Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge across Accor's portfolio
- MANAGE GROUPS WITHIN ACCOR'S SYSTEMS WITH 100% ACCURACY
- Complete daily tasks efficiently
- Minimum of 2+ years' experience in customer-facing roles, preferably within the accommodation or travel industry
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to establish strong rapport with clients over the phone
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Fast and accurate data entry
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- PASSION FOR PROBLEM-SOLVING AND ABILITY TO WORK WELL UNDER PRESSURE
- Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Detailed knowledge of Sihot and Ivvy systems is desirable but not essential
$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
