The role of the Omnichannel & Customer Experience Associate will be centered around refining and maintaining priority business processes. The individual will act as a superuser for omnichannel enabling systems, supporting cross-functional brand teams, and monitoring progress of Omnichannel initiatives.
- Act as a Superuser for Omnichannel Enabling Systems
- Support Cross-Functional Brand Teams
- Monitor Progress of Omnichannel Initiatives
Required Skills:
- University degree in a scientific, business or economics-related field
- At least 1-2 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Excellent user skills in Office Programs
- Good understanding of digital elements
- Knowledge of Multi-Channel integration and Marketing automation
Benefits:
- Fixed term contract with a minimum of 1 year duration
- Strong project management skills, including stakeholder, budget, human resources and vendors management
- Ability to design, plan and deliver multichannel/digital marketing campaigns
- Measuring and reporting on campaign analytics and KPIs is essential
