Job Description

Our organization is seeking a seasoned bookkeeper to manage data entry, oversee account management using Xero and Office 365, and provide administrative support to the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Entry and Account Management:
    The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately recording financial transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Financial Reporting and Budgeting:
    The ideal candidate will assist with preparing financial reports, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure the organization's financial health.
  • Administrative Support:
    The selected candidate will provide administrative support to the team, including tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and performing other general administrative duties.
Requirements
  • Certificate IV in Bookkeeping or Equivalent Experience:
    A Certificate IV in Bookkeeping or equivalent experience is required. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Experience:
    A minimum of one year of bookkeeping experience is preferred. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of accurately recording financial transactions and managing accounts payable and receivable.
  • Skills:
    The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
