The RoleWe are seeking a passionate and friendly individual to join our team as a Member Services Officer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our members and visitors, providing sales and reception services, and promoting our services and programs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service to all customers, both in person and over the telephone
- Apply sound cash handling principles and use of Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Promote the centre's services and programs to customers and accept customer bookings and enrolments
- Previous experience in a similar position is highly advantageous
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for health and fitness are essential
- Hold current First Aid & CPR Certification and a Working With Children Check (or equivalent)
