Fitness Sales Representative

The RoleWe're seeking a passionate and friendly Member Services Officer to join our team at Genesis Fitness in Port Macquarie. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting our services and programs, and achieving individual and team goals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to all customers, both in person and over the phone
- Promote our services and programs to customers and accept bookings and enrolments
- Apply sound cash handling principles and use of Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Prospect, tour, close, and get referrals for future sales
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve individual and team goals
- Passion for fitness and customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a similar role or in sales, customer service, or a retail environment
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Working With Children Check (or equivalent) and National Police Check
