Fitness Sales Representative

Genesis is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Services Officer. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, promoting our services and programs, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, both in person and over the telephone
- Promote the centre's services and programs to customers and accept customer bookings and enrolments
- Apply sound cash handling principles and use of Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Prospect, tour, close, and get referrals for future sales
- Work collaboratively with the sales and service team to achieve individual and team goals and targets
- Passion for fitness and customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is highly advantageous
