  • Develop and implement coach development programs
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our members
  • Grow the program through sales, support, and training
  • Follow established systems and processes
  • Inspire and lead a group of amazing members and coaches

Requirements:

  • Ability to engage and coordinate a group of clients
  • Inspirational leadership qualities
  • A 'Can Do' attitude
  • Certificate IV in Fitness
  • Registration with Fitness Australia
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Current Driver's License

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Level 1 Boxing certification
  • Level 1 Kettlebell certification
  • Strength and Conditioning Level 1 certification
  • Effective Movement Trainer/Mechanics of Lifting/Function Training certification
