Fitness Club Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Services Officer at Genesis Fitness Clubs in Port Macquarie.
As a Member Services Officer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our members, casual users, and potential new members. This will involve prospecting, touring, closing, and getting referrals for future sales, as well as actively seeking new business for the club.
You will be the face of our business, representing the facility and Genesis in a positive and professional manner. Your primary responsibility will be to acquire new members and deliver first-class customer service, ensuring it aligns with our Mission, Vision, and Values.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, both in person and over the telephone
- Apply sound cash handling principles and use of Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Promote the centre's services and programs to customers and accept customer bookings and enrolments
- Have a passion for fitness and a desire to help people achieve their health and wellness goals
- Hold current First Aid & CPR Certification and a Working With Children Check (or equivalent) & National Police Check
