Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Retail Investment Analyst. This position is part of our high-performing Investment & Capital Transactions team, responsible for supporting the management of a national investment portfolio.

This role combines financial expertise, market insight, and strategic thinking to shape decisions that drive long-term value. Key responsibilities include analysing potential leases and valuations, developing portfolio performance metrics and reporting, and ensuring investment strategies are informed and forward-looking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analysing and modelling budgeting, lease evaluations, and internal valuations.
  • Managing data across databases and aligning with joint venture information.
  • Delivering insights through reports for investor relations, senior leadership, and asset performance.
  • Researching markets, tracking economic trends, and contributing to our market outlook.
  • Collaborating and connecting with teams and industry partners.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in property, real estate, commerce, or a related field.
  • Experience in property investment, valuations, development, or management ideally 2+ years.
  • Strong technical skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis.
  • Sharp attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive solutions-focused mindset with confidence to share ideas and challenge assumptions.

Valuation experience and/or professional exposure to the retail property market will be highly regarded.
