Job Title

We are seeking a strategic leader to drive investment and portfolio growth, leveraging expertise in development, origination, and commercial structuring.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a portfolio strategy that drives growth, innovation, and community benefit.
  • Originate and secure major projects through strong partnerships with government and the private sector.
  • Oversee high-value transactions - acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, and complex development agreements.
  • Lead the development and implementation of portfolio strategies to identify, evaluate, and prioritize opportunities across a diverse range of housing, infrastructure, and precinct development projects.
  • Provide strategic advice at Board and CEO level, ensuring all investment decisions are backed by rigorous financial modeling and risk and opportunity assessment.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to bring a proven track record of experience in development, investment management, and/or origination, as well as strong commercial and financial acumen. You should also have a deep understanding of government priorities, market drivers, and stakeholder engagement at the highest level.
