Customer Service Representative - Trade Store Opportunity

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Canning Vale WA. This is a full-time opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

As a key member of our Trade Store team, you will provide exceptional customer service, handle enquiries, and manage stock levels. You will also perform various tasks including picking, packing, and restocking shelves.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide face-to-face customer service, handling enquiries and sourcing products.
  • Perform warehousing tasks including picking, packing, and stock replenishment.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or retail environments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
