We\'re on the lookout for a full time Customer Care Consultant to join our vibrant Trade Store team in Canning Vale WA

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing face-to-face customer service, handling enquiries, sourcing parts, and managing backorder ETAs
• Performing warehousing tasks including picking, packing, and stock put-aways
• Replenishing stock and conducting regular stock takes
• Processing purchases via cash, card, or account
• Maintaining showroom displays and rotating stock
• Keeping the counter and packing areas clean, organised, and efficient

What You'll Bring

• Experience in customer service within a trade store or retail environment
• A customer-first mindset and strong interpersonal skills
• Confidence using Microsoft Word and Excel
• Clear written and verbal communication
