Job Description

As a Director, you will be responsible for leading the growth and development of our project finance team. This involves providing strategic guidance and insight into transaction structuring, reviewing and interpreting commercial documentation, and developing and enhancing our financial modeling methodologies and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple teams across a portfolio of active assignments.
  • Provide strategic guidance and insight into transaction structuring.
  • Review and interpret commercial documentation.
  • Develop and enhance financial modeling methodologies and tools.
  • Plan resources across the team.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Sector-leading expertise in Project Finance.
  • (10+) years of relevant experience in a financial advisory/financial modeling role within a recognized advisory practice.
  • An in-depth understanding of accounting concepts, with an accounting qualification beneficial.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proven experience in building and operating financial models using Excel.
  • Recent hands-on experience in financial modeling for Project Finance transactions.
