We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Management Officer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a proven track record of delivering projects across various business functions and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Designing and implementing a project management and governance framework to ensure successful project delivery and resource utilization.
  • Providing end-to-end support for key projects, educating stakeholders, coaching project teams, and implementing reporting systems to inform leadership decisions.
  • Contributing to the success of project delivery and resource utilization, supporting the organization to achieve its strategic objectives.

The role offers flexibility in terms of location, with options available in Brisbane, Sydney, or Canberra. However, Canberra is preferred due to the organization's imminent expansion in the area.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • 10+ years of experience in project management across diverse business functions and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively educate stakeholders and coach project teams.
  • A strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
