Master Planner

Seeking a Master Planner to lead the development of large-scale projects, ensuring seamless delivery from design to completion.

  • Oversee civil and landscape works, including design, procurement, and delivery.
  • Project manage landscape and civil projects, working closely with clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify risks, opportunities for improvement, and extract maximum value from projects.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Plan, organize, and supervise the development of construction plans, specifications, estimates, and contract documents.
  • Manage procurement processes and contract administration, overseeing the construction, quality control, and handover of completed projects.
  • Assist in preparing cash flow forecasts and monitor/report actuals against forecasts.
  • Establish and manage budgets and cash flows accurately.
  • Work with educational institutions on bespoke research projects related to development.
  • Lead EHS compliance efforts, reviewing and updating management plans, and reporting to senior management.
