Development Project Coordinator

The successful applicant will be responsible for performing moderately complex tasks and activities for facilities and infrastructure project work within an integrated workforce.
Key responsibilities include:
- Organising workflow, making decisions within defined parameters relating to the area of responsibility, and seeking guidance when required.
- Providing administrative support informed by previous experience and knowledge.
- Communicating with stakeholders on operational and administrative issues.
- Sharing information, monitoring work practices, setting priorities, and developing procedures.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience utilising project management systems to process project documentation.
- Demonstrated experience in policy development, procedure writing, business case creation, and contract negotiation associated with infrastructure projects.
