About the Role

As a Facilities Coordinator at Barchester Healthcare, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and attractiveness of our care homes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in property maintenance, a patient and caring nature, and a genuine interest in the well-being of our residents.

You will be responsible for a range of tasks to keep our facilities in top condition, including property maintenance, repairs, and upkeep.

Responsibilities
  • Maintaining the building and grounds to the highest standards
  • Ensuring that all areas are safe and accessible for residents
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and repairing equipment
About You

We are looking for someone who is reliable, patient, and has a strong attention to detail.

You should have some experience in property maintenance and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

A patient, caring nature and a genuine interest in the well-being of our residents are essential qualities for this role.
