We are looking for an experienced Human Resources professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert HR advice and support to our people leaders.
The ideal candidate will have proven senior experience in managing complex HR related matters, extensive experience working in a generalist HR role with strong ER IR exposure, and the ability to adapt and prioritise their workload.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert HR advice and support to people leaders on conduct performance and other complex case matters.
- Manage Fair Work Australia and other applications including advocacy.
- Navigate through HR industrial tools to confidently make decisions and provide case resolutions for stakeholders.
- Mentor and develop People Capability Advisors in the team.
- Participate in team projects and leverage knowledge to assist with further learnings.
Requirements:
- Proven senior experience in managing complex HR related matters from beginning to resolution stage.
- Extensive experience working in a generalist HR role with strong ER IR exposure particularly in relation to conduct performance and non work related injuries.
- Experience working in a fast paced high volume environment.
- Experience coaching people managers and team members to enhance their ability to interpret HR industrial tools policies and processes.
- Strong relationship building communication negotiation influencing coaching interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt and prioritise your workload.
- A pragmatic approach with the ability to problem solve navigate through the grey and achieve a solution and outcome.
