Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead transactions end-to-end, including managing and mentoring a team of Analysts and Associates.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in M&A, restructuring, and debt advisory, with prior experience in financial modelling, documentation, process management, and external stakeholder engagement.

  • Lead transactions autonomously, forming independent views based on available information.
  • Manage and mentor a team of Analysts and Associates.
  • Handle financial modelling, documentation, process management, and external stakeholder engagement.

The successful candidate will be part of a high-performing team in a non-hierarchical structure, collaborating with renowned special situations and turnaround private equity firms.

Requirements
  • 7–12 years of post-university professional experience.
  • Experience in at least two or three of the following areas:
  • M&A – exposure to general industrials preferred; candidates from natural resources also encouraged.
  • Restructuring and/or insolvency advisory experience.
  • Debt advisory or leveraged finance – open to outstanding candidates from this space.

We welcome interest from candidates currently in corporate or investment roles who are open to transitioning back into investment banking.
