About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for you to develop your lending career. You'll be part of a team committed to growth, supported in developing your capability and career, and rewarded for your contribution.
- You'll have the chance to support customers to save for, buy, and own their own home or investment property.
- You'll build strong relationships with customers to coach them through the home loan journey.
- You'll deliver exceptional customer experience.
- You'll build your own lending capability with great training and development opportunities.
- You'll gain excellent transferrable lending skills which can take you many places within the bank and across the financial services industry.
To succeed in this role, you will ideally bring:
- Demonstrated residential lending and retail banking experience.
- Experience working in a sales role that has financial targets and building a pipeline of prospective business.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and relationship building expertise.
- Strong customer focus and the ability to effectively network to build customer and community connections.
- Financial savvy, with a keen attention to detail.
- An active user and promoter of technology to educate customers about digital solutions.
- The ability to multi-task and be highly adaptable to change and ambiguity.
- Excellent communication skills, coupled with great presentation and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive attitude and the desire to be part of a productive, supportive and collaborative team environment.
