">- We have an exciting opportunity for a Home and Investment Lending Manager to join our team in Bundaberg.
This permanent full-time position is located at the ANZ Bundaberg Branch in Queensland. As a Home and Investment Lending Manager, you will have the opportunity to support customers save for, buy, and own their own home or investment property.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Support customers throughout the home loan journey.
- Build strong relationships with customers to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Develop your lending capability through training and development opportunities.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Demonstrated residential lending and retail banking experience.
- Experience working in a sales role with financial targets and building a pipeline of prospective business.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and relationship building expertise.
- Strong customer focus and ability to effectively network to build customer and community connections.
- Financial savvy with a keen attention to detail.
- Able to multi-task and be highly adaptable to change and ambiguity.
- Excellent communication skills coupled with great presentation and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive attitude and desire to be part of a productive supportive and collaborative team environment.
