This is a permanent and full-time opportunity to develop your lending career in our Bundaberg Branch in QLD. We are committed to growth in the Australian home and investment lending market, and we are recruiting more lending managers to support our aspirations.
Our goal is to improve the financial wellbeing and sustainability of our customers. To achieve this, we invest heavily in marketing and activities to drive greater customer awareness and leads, as well as making significant investments in our lending operations to improve turnaround times and service quality.
We believe that our people are key to our success. As an ANZ Home & Investment Lending Manager, you will be supported by dedicated capability coaches to help grow your skills as a lender and expand your business opportunities and sources of referrals. Our lending career pathways provide for career progression and promotion within the bank.
You will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with customers to coach them through the home loan journey, delivering exceptional customer experience. This role offers great training and development opportunities to build your lending capability.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring:
- Demonstrated residential lending and retail banking experience
- Experience working in a sales role that has financial targets and building a pipeline of prospective business
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and relationship building expertise, coupled with the desire to build your network
- Strong customer focus and the ability to effectively network to build customer and community connections
- Financial savvy, with a keen attention to detail
- The ability to multi-task and be highly adaptable to change and ambiguity
