As a Lending Manager, you will play a key role in supporting customers to achieve their home and investment goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support customers to save for, buy, and own their own home or investment property
- Develop strong relationships with customers to guide them through the home loan process
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Enhance your lending skills with great training and development opportunities
Requirements:
- Demonstrated residential lending and retail banking experience
- Experience working in a sales role with financial targets and building a pipeline of prospective business
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and relationship building expertise
- Strong customer focus and ability to effectively network to build customer connections
- Financial acumen, with attention to detail
- Active user and promoter of technology to educate customers about digital solutions
