What will your day look like?
As a Home and Investment Lending Manager, you will have the opportunity to:
- Support customers to save for, buy, and own their own home or investment property
- Build strong relationships with customers to coach them through the home loan journey
- Deliver exceptional customer experience
- Build your own lending capability with great training and development opportunities, and
- Gain excellent transferrable lending skills which can take you many places within the bank and across the financial services industry.
What will you bring?
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Demonstrated residential lending and retail banking experience
Experience working in a sales role that has financial targets and building a pipeline of prospective business
Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and relationship building expertise, coupled with the desire to build your network and promote ANZ
Strong customer focus and the ability to effectively network to build customer and community connections
Financial savvy, with a keen attention to detail
An active user and promoter of technology to educate customers about digital solutions
The ability to multi-task and be highly adaptable to change and ambiguity
Excellent communication skills, coupled with great presentation and interpersonal skills
A proactive attitude and the desire to be part of a productive, supportive and collaborative team environment
