Marketing Director Role

We are seeking a Marketing Director to lead our ANZ marketing strategy.

About the Job

This is a senior position that will oversee the development and execution of field marketing strategies, including account-based marketing programs, digital marketing, targeted field events, and direct mail.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders, such as sales, inside sales, and partner teams, to create new pipeline generation initiatives and outbound campaigns.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans aligned with regional sales priorities.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement targeted marketing programs.
  • Managing project management tools, documentation, calendar, and processes used for managing Field Marketing programs, including lead management workflow.
  • Evaluating results against goals, generating learnings for improvement.
  • Utilizing technology tools, such as Marketo, Adobe CMS, Salesforce, Tableau, etc., to execute programs and track results/ROI.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, event management, or related administrative experience at a software company in ANZ.
  • Methodical, detail-oriented, and communicative, with the ability to run multiple initiatives and deliverables simultaneously, prioritizing against business needs.
  • Strong writing, presentation, and verbal communications skills, with the ability to clearly and simply articulate concepts, messages, and strategies.
  • Ability to plan and deliver against hard deadlines.
  • PASSION FOR RESULTS, MEASUREMENT, AND OPTIMIZATION TO CONTINUOUSLY DRIVE ROI.
  • A self-starter who takes initiative, can adapt to rapid growth, and can work through ambiguous situations.
  • A motivated team player, ready to come to the table with ideas and feedback.
  • Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Experienced in building and pushing processes.
  • Ability to travel up as needed across ANZ and other locations.
