Management Accountant Role

We are seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join our finance team. As a key member of the Commercial Manager's office, you will play a vital role in ensuring site processes and practices are aligned with business objectives.

  • Job Description: The Management Accountant is responsible for providing financial expertise to support business growth and improve profitability. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify initiatives and opportunities for cost savings, as well as provide ad-hoc support to other departments.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions
    • Prepare and analyze financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance
    • Collaborate with colleagues to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction
    • Provide financial guidance and training to non-financial staff
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • Relevant finance or accounting qualification
    • CA/CPA qualified and experience with SAP is highly regarded
    • Minimum 5 years' experience in a financial management accounting role
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
