Job Description

This role involves serving as a trusted strategic partner and advisor to the CEO, playing a pivotal role in advancing the mission through sound financial stewardship, forward-thinking business modelling and pragmatic investment leadership.

The ideal candidate will bring strategic foresight, deep experience in finance leadership within large, complex organisations, ideally with exposure to for-purpose or human services sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee financial strategy, external audit, and strategic and operational performance reporting
  • Lead a high performing finance team to ensure the organisation continues to grow its commercial acumen, decision making agility and operational excellence
