As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for creating exceptional customer experiences to find their ideal jewellery pieces. To achieve this goal, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

You will also be required to meet sales targets and KPIs, while completing in-house training to stay up-to-date with product knowledge, sales skills, and company policies & procedures. This will involve working closely with our team to ensure seamless delivery of service to customers.

  • Meet and greet customers, providing them with a tailored shopping experience
  • Achieve set sales targets and KPIs by promoting products and services effectively
  • Complete regular training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills

Additionally, you will be responsible for operational tasks such as stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, customer repairs, merchandising, and general housekeeping. This includes maintaining accurate records and adhering to established processes and protocols.
