Our team is seeking an experienced professional to join us as a Lending Expert.

About the Role
  • We're looking for someone with extensive experience in customer service or sales, who has a deep understanding of lending products, policies and regulations.
  • As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for building strong relationships with customers and colleagues, and providing exceptional service to drive business growth.
  • You'll also have the opportunity to leverage your credit analysis expertise to deliver positive lending outcomes for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our lending products and services, and use this knowledge to provide expert guidance to customers.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities for growth and development, and work together to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, and work closely with them to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years' experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a financial institution.
  • A high level of understanding of lending products, policies and regulations, including consumer credit laws and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
