Procurement Specialist Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive procurement specialist to support the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, review, and manage contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Manage cost control, forecasting, and variations.
  • Assist with tendering processes.
  • Work closely with project teams to ensure budgets and timelines are met.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure contract compliance.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–4 years' experience as a procurement specialist in a commercial or residential head contractor environment.
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts and procurement processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and autonomously when required.
  • Driven, detail-focused, and eager to develop within the company.
