The renewable energies client are currently looking for a process document focussed Procurement Specialist to support an increase in the need for supplies and materials over a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
Key accountabilities:
- Develop and manage key documents necessary for the execution of capital projects tenders such as relevant supporting contracts, tender packs, evaluation tools and records of key supplier communications in adherence to tender time frames and deadlines
- Effective management of contract terms negotiations between suppliers and key stakeholders; record keeping and information lifecycle management throughout the procurement planning, tender and contract execution lifecycles
- Support the development and execution of capital works contracts including to ensure adherence to key project timeframes through the effective management of contract terms negotiations between suppliers and key stakeholders
- Support effective contract execution through the management of key contract variations and renewals in the lead up to capital projects contracting requirements;
What you will bring:
- Experience in procurement, contract management, commercial, engineering or project management is highly regarded
- Experience in contract administration, highly regarded
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills that enable strong relationships to be established both internally and externally;
- A self-starter with comfort dealing with ambiguity
