About the Role

We are seeking a Property Manager to join our team on a Full-Time basis. Our Property Managers look after a portfolio of properties, building strong relationships with clients to understand their current and future needs. With our network's backing, you will be supported to learn and grow your career.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain client relationships to understand their needs.
  • Identify new opportunities for existing clients' investments.
  • Carry out routine property inspections.
  • Manage debtors.
  • Prepare documents for landlords and tenants.
  • Collaborate with our team to explore innovative opportunities.
  • Maximise promotional opportunities.
About You
  • You have an understanding of Residential Tenancy Legislation.
  • You hold a current driver's licence.
  • You possess excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
  • You have attention to detail.
  • You are a team player who is enthusiastic, energetic, and highly organised.
