Job Title: Guest Service Agent

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join our team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel facilities and services.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests, adhering to hotel policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hotel environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, including Microsoft Office and Opera.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
