Sommelier Opportunity

We're seeking a charismatic Sommelier to join our team, someone who embodies a passion for wine and exceptional customer service.

As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for guiding guests through our curated wine list with confidence and warmth, helping each pairing feel personal and memorable.

Responsibilities include:

  • Guiding guests through the wine list with expertise and enthusiasm.
  • Supporting the Head Sommelier in developing and maintaining the wine list.
  • Championing wine culture across the team by offering informal training and fostering curiosity without pretension.
  • Leading by example on the floor, presenting yourself as present, generous, and joyful.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong foundation in wine knowledge, ideally WSET Level 3 or equivalent.
  • Experience as a sommelier or senior waiter in premium venues.
  • A collaborative mindset and genuine love for delivering exceptional hospitality.
  • A belief that great wine can elevate any dining experience.
