Job Title: Career Navigator

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate career navigator to support individuals with disabilities, injuries or illnesses in securing sustainable employment.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive case management services to participants, empowering them with the necessary tools and skills to enter the workforce. You will help each participant to secure sustainable employment and engage employers through referrals, reverse marketing and on-the-job support. Additionally, you will provide continuous support to participants and employers to maximise outcomes, obtaining documented evidence and facilitating workplace adjustments throughout the course of employment.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will require relevant qualifications in areas such as employment services, community services or other relevant fields. Previous experience in employment services, including advanced barrier management, reverse marketing, placement of candidates into employment and provision of post-placement support, is highly regarded. You will also need to demonstrate ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, work collaboratively as part of a team, and have a personal commitment to contributing to a great culture.
