
Procurement Specialist for Major Healthcare Projects

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to play a critical role in supporting the successful delivery of major healthcare infrastructure projects. As part of our team, you will be responsible for effectively managing subcontract and supplier contracts, overseeing financial and administrative tasks, and assisting with project reporting.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage subcontract and supplier contracts to ensure compliance with project requirements and contractual obligations
- Oversee financial and administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records and cost control
- Assist Project Manager with preparation and review of monthly project reports
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5–7 years of relevant experience in contracts administration within construction or infrastructure sectors
- Strong understanding of relevant legislation, contract law, and compliance requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in project management, planning, budgeting, and cost control
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including project management and financial systems
