Family Healthcare Support Specialist

We are seeking dedicated professionals to provide care to children with complex medical needs in their home and/or the community, fostering a supportive environment for optimal health outcomes.

About the Role

This is a Casual position within our Family Healthcare Support Team. You will be responsible for delivering comprehensive care to children with complex medical needs in their home environment or other suitable settings, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care to children with complex medical needs in their home environment or other suitable settings.
  • Execute safe healthcare interventions as part of our support worker training program.
  • Maintain a secure and hygienic environment for the children you support, providing all necessary care during the shift.
  • Recognize and respond to predictable changes in care requirements.
Requirements
  • Current National Criminal Record Check or willingness to obtain.
  • Valid Working with Children Check.
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.
  • Compliance with RCH's staff immunisation procedure.
